Ignition Control Module

When your Fiero will crank but not turn over here is a possible reason.

There are many postings on the web about what can cause cranking but no turning over. I decided to go with what I felt was the most probably reason.

The ICM is easy to get to, remove and have tested at a local parts store. They are a reasonable price to replace. Mine tested bad. I replaced it and she fired right up.

So when problem solving the issue of cranking but not turning over make sure to check the ICM before going thru the many other more complicated possibilities.

Great tip! This is just the kind of stuff I'd love to see the board fill up with. Relevant topic-subjects, and accurate info! Thanks!
