To prevent the bad driver door hinge pins from braking the new panel lets replace them too. The passenger pins were still good or at least good enough, for now.
First thing you will want/need to do is ROLL DOWN your power window. Remove the kick panel and disconnect the 3 connectors that power the door accessories. As for the rubber sleeve that houses the power wire push it in to the car first then pinch, angle and push back out through the opening
Its best to take the the whole hinge off from the car with the doors. You will find 3 bolt heads in the door jam and the 4th one on the bottom hinge that can be reached through the kick panel that has already been removed. The top hinge bolts can both be reached with a combo wrench box end, a ratcheting one if your lucky. The bottom hinge jam bolt head is tricky to get, you need a shallow head ratchet and socket, like the pass through set from Craftsman. With the door at about 75% open you can work the ratchet/socket on the bolt. Now fully open the door and start loosening, as the bolt backs out you will need to begin closing the door some, when it free spins finagle out the ratchet/socket and remove bolt, there is just enough room.
Doing this one manned you will need a trusty jack for holding it up
with the hinges unbolted pick up door and carry it where you can remove the pins
remove upper forward door body panel attachment screw and now you are cleared to beat out and replace both pins.
to install door reverse steps and for alignment snug fit one upper hinge bolt and the 15mm bottom hinge bolt, adjust door, when proper fit is achieved install and tighten all bolts.
