Anyone still here??

Postby Chug » Fri Jan 27, 2017 8:14 am

I'd like to try to set up a meeting in the next couple of months. Is anyone interested or have any ideas?

Sorry, I have been off the radar.

I am open to something. I am now an NRA and DOJ certified firearms instructor. I have a nice range on my property. If anyone wants to do a fieros and firearms thing I can supply the range for free. We can cook out and what not....... Just a thought. If not I will always try to show up somewhere and eat...lol.

I'll be game by fall, hopefully. I just have to get my car back together. Can you teach CCW classes?

Yes, I do CCW.

State requires 8hr min. so it is time commitment.

not much happens here, facebook has pretty much taken over. too bad not many will do the research in the forums before asking questions that have already answered. I am trying to keep this thing alive!!!!!!

I poke around too, but when there isn't anything going on with my Fiero, I don't visit as much.

You are right though, there used to be another big car forum called CarolinaRides, they went to Facebook only and turned off their forum, same for GM Toyz. I talked with the owners and argued that they are losing a great database of knowledge, and they said "well the same questions get asked all the time anyway, so we'll just repost the answer on the facebook wall and it'll roll off again eventually.

Pretty sad, because I don't use Facebook, and never will.
