Dyno pulls and tuning...

Postby Jncomutt » Tue Jan 07, 2014 8:59 pm

Well its time to let the cat out of the bag, so to speak. I picked up a 2wd Dyno Dynamics eddy current dyno over my Christmas vacation. It's a single retarder, 1200 horsepower unit. If anyone wants to do some power pulls or some steady state/wot tuning feel free to contact me. I have access to many popular tuning options from chip emulation/burning to Efilive and stand alone Megasquirt and Aem units, etc.

This also opens up the option for a gathering at my place if there is enough interest. My shop is located next to the speedway in Concord. Since the shop isn't my job, I'm mainly only free some evenings and on weekends. Also, since this is just a hobby thing, I'm pretty good with pricing ;)

Nice! Congratulations on picking up such a cool toy!

If you're up to hosting a get-together, we'll definitely have to talk and hammer something out.

Yeah, just need to know when people are available. It could even be after a cars and coffee meet or something. We had a pretty full shop last weekend for our first "Wine and Dyn" where a bunch of my guy friends got together and beat up on our cars, while the girls sat around the heater drinking wines and talking gossip. I think that is going to become a thing, lol. In anycase, we got most of the kinks ironed out so we're pretty efficient now at getting cars on/off, etc. I think it could make for an exciting day.

Geeee now that this site and group is all coming together as hoped I have to be living a 1000 miles away, just my luck. Great find it will certainly help the group and give an excellent meet place.
